Rochdale Football Club are aware that a small number of supporters experienced an issue trying to access the ground with season ticket voucher number 9 on Saturday.
As such, anyone who handed over voucher 10 are being advised to contact the Ticket Office in advance of our League One fixture v Oxford United, which is our next home league game, in order to ensure smooth entry.
Those who are able to do so, should visit the Ticket Office with their season ticket book to receive a voucher 10.
If you are unable to make it to the Crown Oil Arena, please give our Ticket Office a call as soon as possible and state your book number. The voucher will then posted out free of charge.
