Dale v Doncaster Rovers: Checkatrade Trophy Round Two, Tuesday 28th November, 7.30pm Kick-Off
Dale are back in Checkatrade Trophy action on Tuesday night, as Doncaster Rovers visit the Crown Oil Arena for the second-round tie.
Dale topped Northern Group C with six points, ahead of Bury, Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City.
Doncaster, meanwhile, finished second in Northern Group H, just missing out on top spot to Scunthorpe United.
Both sides picked up League wins at the weekend. As Dale were beating Peterborough United 2-0, Darren Ferguson’s side were triumphing 2-1 over MK Dons.
The two sides have already met at the Crown Oil Arena this season, when two stoppage time goals sealed a dramatic 2-1 victory for Dale back in September.

Supporters can pay at the gate on Tuesday night. The Main Stand only is open for home supporters, with the Willbutts Lane Stand open for visiting fans.

FLASHBACK
The two sides have already met once this season, in a memorable game at the Crown Oil arena back in September.
Dale looked to be heading for defeat when John Marquis’ 74th minute goal put Rovers in front.
However, two stoppage time goals turned the game on its head. Mark Kitching’s stunning volley pulled Dale level, before Steven Davies stole in at the back post to spark wild celebrations in front of the Sandy Lane end.
