Saturday’s 4-1 win over Gillingham marked a managerial milestone for Keith Hill.
It was his 200th Dale victory.
Hill has taken charge of 456 games at Rochdale and has won or drawn far more games than he's lost. In addition to leading Dale to 200 wins, he has also recorded 106 draws during his time at the club, meaning he has lost only 150 games during his eight and a half years at the helm.
“I might put a statue in my back garden one day,” laughed Hill.
“To win 200 games for Rochdale is special for me and my family. I’ll enjoy the victory but I’m already planning mentally, and was already planning mentally prior to this game, for Tuesday night’s match against Millwall.”
