We're holding a bucket collection at Saturday's League One v Gillingham for Gracie Greenwood.
The one-year-old, who is from Rochdale, is battling an incurable brain tumour.
In August 2016, her parents, Zak and Lauren, got the news no parent should ever have to hear, that their beautiful 11-month old baby girl had a brain tumour.
Gracie has had to undergo several operations to try and remove the tumour, and has spent months having chemotherapy. Sadly, last month, her parents were informed that the chemotherapy was no longer working and the tumour had been deemed incurable.
Gracie's parents have refused to give up and are looking into alternative therapies. Family friends are trying to raise as much money as possible to help Gracie and her parents at this difficult time.
You can donate online here > https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/Gracie-Greenwood or by contributing to today's bucket collection.
