Jordan Williams spoke to iFollow at the end of day one in Tenerife…
The 24-year-old, who joined Dale from Barrow on a two-year deal this summer, believes the week-long stay at the T3 facility will be of huge benefit to him.
He said: “I’ve settled in really easily at the club. Everyone has been really friendly and they’re a great bunch of lads. I’m loving every minute of it so far.
“The first two sessions [in Tenerife] have been tough but it has been good.
“Pre-season has been demanding but I’m enjoying it because I know that I have to be a lot fitter than I usually am and this trip will help me massively.
“It’s tough but I’ve been pushing myself to keep going and not give up, and I think it’s going to massively improve my game.”
