Benjamin Jackson and Charlie Flynn will be mascots when Dale host Blackpool at the Crown Oil Arena on New Year’s Day.
Benjamin is six years old and attends Caldershaw Primary School. A big Dale fan, he wants to be a professional footballer when he is older, aspiring to be like his favourite players, Calvin Andrew, Callum Camps and Josh Lillis.
Five-year-old Charlie attends St Vincent’s RC Primary School, and he loves watching and playing football. His favourite players are Andrew and Ian Henderson.
