Keith Hill To Deliver Junior Training Session This Friday At The Feel Good Festival

11 August 2017

We’re looking forward to this year’s Feel Good Festival, taking place on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th August…

The festival, now in its 10th year, returns for another showcase of entertainment, food and culture.

The event will see live music across indoor venues, a main stage sponsored by The Flying Horse Hotel, a quality food court and family entertainment.

Rochdale Football Club is one of Feel Good’s main sponsors, and we will again be taking part in the festival itself, with Manager Keith Hill holding a mini-training session for junior Dale fans on the Friday.

Academy Manager Tony Ellis, Academy Goalkeeping Coach Ryan Ball and Youth Team Manager Chris Brown will lead he session, while all of the Youth Team playing squad will also be in attendance.

The session is set to get underway at 2pm outside Rochdale Town Hall - it would be great to see you and the kids there! Hill will also be on hand to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Dale's Community Trust will also be there - they'll be hosting a penalty shoot-out/ dribbling course.

We'll be giving away free tickets and goodie bags!

Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult.

There will be a festival club shop selling the club's new training wear and replica shirts on the Saturday, plus guest appearances Desmond the Dragon!

The main stage will be headlined by Razorlight, on a packed two day line-up which also includes Manchester’s Baked A La Ska, RedFaces, Pacific, Daft Punk The Tribute, Marbelhead Johnson, The Bright Black, The Karpets fronted by Tom Hingley, Honeyfeet, DJ Dave Sweetmore, the Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band, the Delphina Kings, The Recreation and Joe Dunne plus more to be announced.
