As a supporter of Rochdale AFC you are invited to take part in the EFL’s summer survey. This is your opportunity to provide feedback to us at Dale about your experiences during the 2016/17 season.

Your feedback is important to both the EFL and Rochdale, and all results will be shared directly with the club to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for their future.
