Following the full time whistle at Sunday’s game v Bradford City, Manager Keith Hill, his staff and players would like to thank fans for their support throughout the season.
In order to do this, it is important that supporters do not enter the pitch.
The Gaffer will lead his staff and players around the pitch, in a lap of appreciation, and will thank supporters in all three home stands.
