Board Of Directors Pledge Season Tickets To Community Groups

As Dale’s #WinnersTogether campaign gathers momentum, Chairman Chris Dunphy and the Board of Directors have pledged their support to the initiative.


On Tuesday night, ahead of Rochdale’s win over Port Vale, the group gathered to fill out their application forms and to hand over their £50 Season Ticket deposits. 

The nine Season Tickets will be put to good use during the 2017/18 season, with the Board of Directors aiming to strengthen the club’s relationship with community groups across the Rochdale Borough.

Throughout the season, members of/ representatives from a nominated community group will be invited to attend a game as special guests of the Board, with a different group selected for each of Rochdale’s 23 league matches. 

Russ Green, Chief Executive commented: “As it says in the name of the campaign, we’re all in this together. We’re asking the town to back the team so it’s only right that the team back the town. 

“It’s really important to us as a club that we continue building strong relationships in the community and we hope this gesture will allow us to do that.”
