Rochdale will face Everton in the second round of the Molson Coors Lancashire Senior Cup.
Details regarding the match, including a confirmed date and venue, will be released in due course, although the tie must be played before November 30th.
Everton won last season's competition, beating Oldham Athletic in the final.
Both Dale and Everton received a first round bye.
