Want to play football while studying? Why not consider joining Rochdale AFC’s Elite Development Squad.
Rochdale AFC has teamed up with Hopwood Hall College to offer a two year sport and football qualification, starting in September 2016, and there's still time to secure your place.
The level 3 BTEC diploma will be delivered from the Education Suite at Spotland Stadium and students will play in the BSC ECFA League. In addition, players on the programme have the opportunity to play for Rochdale Town’s Youth Team.
Entry requirements:
16-18 years old
4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
We’re holding an open training session/ trial on Saturday 11th June (10am) at the Soccer Factory (Rochdale, OL11 3DT) for current year 11/12 students who are interested in joining the programme and who want to get a taster.
