Rochdale’s fixtures for the 2016-17 Sky Bet League One season have been revealed by the EFL.
Dale’s season will kick-off at Spotland on Saturday 6th August, as Keith Hill’s side host Peterborough United at Spotland for a third consecutive season.
It’s the fifth season in a row that Rochdale will start their campaign at home.
As well as kicking off their season at Spotland, Rochdale will also end their season at home. Bradford City are the visitors on the final day of the campaign – Sunday 30th April.
The first away game of the season will see Dale travel to Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane on Saturday 13th August.
Bury at home awaits on Saturday 15th October, with the trip to Gigg Lane schedule for Easter Saturday – April 15th.
Dale will face near neighbours Oldham Athletic at Spotland on October 29th, while Saturday 22nd April is the date of the away the fixture. That’s the final away game of the season.
Boxing Day will see Rochdale host Chestefield, before welcoming Shrewsbury Town to Spotland on New Year’s Eve. The side will travel to Walsall on January 2nd.
