Rochdale’s League One fixture against Fleetwood Town has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
It follows a pitch inspection.
Weather conditions have gone from one extreme to another this week. After experiencing record rainfall in recent weeks, the ground staff did an exceptional job to ensure last weekend’s match against Chesterfield went ahead.
And after a wet start to the week, conditions quickly changed and they were then faced with freezing temperatures.
Temperatures fell well below freezing last night and are not expected to rise above zero degrees today.
The covers have been down in preparation for today's game, but despite every effort by the ground staff to get the match on, it has fallen foul of the weather.
A date for the rearranged fixture will be announced in due course.
