Year 11 pupils from Kingsway Park High School recently represented Rochdale AFC at the Kinder + Sports Football League Futsal Cup Regional Finals at St George’s Park.
They were chosen to represent the club after winning the Dale Sport Trust’s High Schools tournament held last year.
At St George’s Park, they beat Shrewsbury Town 1-0 before going on to lose their next four games by the odd goal.
The boys represented Rochdale AFC and their school magnificently and will be at Saturday’s League One fixture v Burton Albion to be presented with their medals.
