The Gaffer is the Football League's Manager of the Week.
It's after Dale's 2-1 win over league leaders Burton Albion on Saturday.
The Football League say: "Following last week's 6-1 thumping at the hands of Barnsley, Hill rang the changes as Rochdale welcomed Burton Albion to Spotland.
"The players bounced back in the perfect manner, overcoming the Sky Bet League 1 leaders 2-1, with a sublime Callum Camps strike and Ian Henderson's penalty giving them the win."
