The focus group, set to be held by The University of Salford at the Crown Oil Arena on Tuesday 20th December, has been postponed.
The event will be re-scheduled for the New Year, although a new date has yet to be set.
Students are working on a fitness app for football fans and the focus group was due to be held to discuss its development.
