Rochdale fans are invited to have their say on their experience of supporting Rochdale AFC and as a thank you will have the opportunity to be entered in to a prize draw to win one of a great range of football related prizes.
The EFL is conducting a supporters’ survey to find out the views of Dale fans and in particular the matchday experience at Spotland Stadium. The results will be shared with us to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for the future.
Have your say in the supporters’ survey now! Time is running out to take part - the survey closes at 5pm on Monday 8th August.
To thank you for taking part, the EFL will offer all Dale fans completing the survey the opportunity to enter in to a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:
• A family tour of Wembley Stadium
• A pair of tickets to the 2017 EFL Cup Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2017 EFL Trophy Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2017 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final

You can take part in the survey anonymously, but you would need to provide your name and email address if you wanted to enter the prize draw so the EFL can contact the lucky winners.
