Preview: Millwall

25 September 2015

Rochdale are on the road this weekend as they face Millwall at the Den.

It’s the first over-night stay of the season for the squad, who set off on the near 500 mile round trip on Friday morning.

The match is the first competitive fixture between the two sides in fifty years, with the last meeting at the Old Den coming in 1965. The game on April 16th of that year ended goalless.

Millwall say that they will check on the fitness of Byron Webster (ankle) and Sid Nelson (ribs) ahead of the match, while Shaun Cummings and Paris Cown-Hall will miss the game through injury.
