Jack Brandon will lead the teams out ahead of kick-off v Scunthorpe United on Saturday.
Jack, who is celebrating his seventh birthday, lives in Norden and attends Whittaker Moss Primary School.
The youngster plays football for Pennine Juniors, as well as rugby for the Mayfield Mustangs.
