Season Ticket Sales Up On This Time Last Year
The club has seen an increase in the number of Season Tickets sold so far during the Special Promotion Period, compared with the same spell last year.
It’s as supporters make the most of the Dale’s early-bird prices.
Dale Chief Executive Colin Garlick commented: “You can never be completely sure until the sales period is over, but we anticipate that we’re going to sell more during the Special Promotion Period than last year.
“We’re already ahead of the game when comparing Season Tickets sold at this point last year and how many have been sold during the same time frame this year, which is really quite encouraging.
“If we can continue to beat that during the remaining couple of weeks of the Special Promotion Period then it will be a really big boost and a great endorsement.”
Prices will rise when the Special Promotion Period ends at 4pm on Saturday 30th May and the Chief Executive is expecting a busy time in the final days leading up to the deadline.
“The three days right at the end of the Special Promotion Period – the Thursday, Friday and Saturday - are three of the busiest days for us.
“We probably do somewhere around 40% of our Special Promotion Period Season Ticket sales during those three days. I expect it to be particularly busy this year because of the frozen prices.”
