Saturday is our Prostate Cancer UK day of action.
A team of volunteers will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK, to help the fight against a disease that will affect 1 in 8 men in their lifetime. Look out for the bucket collectors, who will be in and around Spotland in the lead up to kick-off.
And as well as donating, you yourself can get involved.
