The Youth Team have suffered back-to-back defeats, seeing them drop from top spot in the North West Youth Alliance division.
A 4-0 defeat to Port Vale last Wednesday (April 8th) was followed up with a 3-1 loss at Blackpool on Saturday. Dom Reid scored Dale's consolation.
Second placed Dale still have one game left to play this season. Their final match, which is against Wigan Athletic, is yet to be arranged.
Rochdale are still in with a chance of winning of the title, but they require league leaders Bury to slip up in their final game as Dale are currently two points behind them.
