Work to upgrade the Spotland floodlights got underway on Wednesday as planned.
The work is being carried out in line with Football League requirements for a higher level of light output.
It's a massive project for the club, with work expected to take over a week and at a cost of £50,000.
The Dale Trust stumped up £30,000 towards the cost of the upgrade, and the club would once again like to thank the trust and all those who contributed.
