Manager Keith Hill has strengthened his squad with the addition of midfielder Tomasz Cywka.
The 26-year-old has joined Dale on loan until January 3rd from Championship side Blackpool, subject to clearance from the FA and Football League.
Cywka has previously worked under Manager Keith Hill at Barnsley where he spent two years, before signing a one year deal at the Seasiders this summer.
The former-Poland Under-21 star was brought to England by Wigan Athletic in 2006, and gained Championship experience with the likes of Derby and Reading, before joining the Tykes and then Blackpool. He has made seven appearances in all competitions for the Seasiders since his arrival at Bloomfield Road.
He has been given squad number 19.
