The Dale in the Community Trust will be welcoming youngsters from the club’s Academy Development Squad, as well as pupils from St Joseph’s RC Primary School (Shaw) onto the pitch during half-time at Saturday’s match v Oldham Athletic.
They’ll be taking part in the half-time challenge match, which gives them the opportunity to show off their skills on the pitch in front of the Spotland crowd.
The youngsters from St Joseph’s received free tickets for Saturday's League One encounter as part of the Community Trust's schools initiative, which sees thousands of free tickets given out to schools across the Borough every season.
