The full squad returned to Spotland for pre/pre-season testing on Friday, and it was particularly busy behind the scenes with three players committing their long term futures to the club.
Talented midfielder Jamie Allen has signed a new two year contract, committing himself to the club beyond 2016, with the club having a one year option in their favour at the end of the deal.
Bastien Hery has also put pen to paper on a new two year deal. The club had invoked their option on the 22-year-old, which had seen his stay automatically extended by 12 months. But after impressing last season, the club have moved to extend that further and Bastien is now contracted to the club until the summer of 2016. The club also has a one year option in their favour at the end of the deal.
Further to that, defender Olly Lancashire has signed a one year extension to his current contract, also committing himself to the club until the summer of 2016.
