We can confirm that Matty Lund dislocated his shoulder in Friday’s match v Scunthorpe United.
The midfielder went to ground in pain at Glanford Park less than five minutes into the Boxing Day clash and had to be stretchered off.
It’s the second time this season that Lund has dislocated his shoulder.
Manager Keith Hill told Dale Player: "Matty Lund is probably going to be out for the majority of the season, which is a big miss."
