Conrad Logan To Stay Until January

28 August 2014

Goalkeeper Conrad Logan will now remain at Spotland until January, after extending his loan stay at the club.

Logan was drafted in from Premier League side Leicester City ten days ago following an injury to Josh Lillis and had been due to stay for a month.

He made his Dale debut in the 5-2 win over Crewe Alexandra at Gresty Road and also started in net in Saturday’s draw with Bristol City at Spotland.

Speaking after his home debut, the 28-year-old told Dale Player that he’s enjoying his time at the club.

“There comes a time when you have to go and play games and I wanted to try and get out on loan this season, and thankfully I’ve had the opportunity to come here. It’s a good club, they’re in League One, and
I’m looking forward to my time here.

“Obviously the first game was away from home, so it was nice to play for the club at home. I thought we done very well [on Saturday] and I enjoyed it.

“After last season’s promotion there is a lot of confidence and there are some very, very good players here.”
