Man of the moment Ian Henderson has praised the team spirit in the Dale camp.
Speaking after Tuesday night's 3-2 win over Northampton Town, Henderson, who netted his third goal in two games, was quick to point out that it is a team effort.
“I wouldn’t say it is all about me, it’s about the team,” said Henderson. “The result is great considering we were 2-1 down and ended up winning the game 3-2. We didn’t play to our full potential but we ground out a great result.
“I’d be lying if I said that it didn’t feel amazing [to go top of the Sky Bet League Two table]. The team spirit and morale is incredible at the moment and you can see the togetherness and the desire to get promoted when we’re out on the pitch. It is an infectious changing room at the moment.”
