Dale Player Customer Complaint Statement

We have received the following statement from Perform following the loss of commentary on Saturday...

 
Further to the technical issues experienced on Player, Perform’s technical support teams have confirmed that this was an isolated issue within one of the databases which caused incomplete live match data. 

Once the issue was identified it was resolved and services were restored at approximately 15:48. 

We would like to apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused.
