Hill & Hogan’s FA Cup Dream

11 November 2013

Manager Keith Hill revealed after Saturday’s win over Torquay United that his FA Cup dream is to come face to face with Jose Mourinho.

Hill holds the Chelsea boss in high regard and he hopes that at some point during his managerial career that he’ll pit his wits against him.

“My FA Cup dream is to meet Jose Mourinho,” Hill told Dale Player. “Everybody has an FA Cup dream and that’s mine. “We’re talking about one of the greatest managers that has ever walked the earth and my little dream is to actually meet him opposition and then get the opportunity to share a glass of red wine with him after the match and actually talk to him about football.

“I don’t know what the other boys’ FA Cup dream is but that’s mine. I want to fulfil that ambition during my management career.”

While Chelsea is the dream for Hill, it’s Manchester United at Old Trafford for Scott Hogan.

“I want to get to the third round and get United. I don’t live too far from Old Trafford and I’ve grown up supporting them. To go there would be a dream come true for me.”
