Rhys Bennett has had a scan on his knee following the injury sustained during Saturday’s League Two encounter against Bristol Rovers.
The defender hobbled off less than ten minutes into the match and had a scan on Sunday to assess the extent of the damage.
Manager Keith Hill is still awaiting the results however he admits it is "not looking too optimistic or bright for the remainder of the season."
