Northampton Town Football Club is advising supporters travelling to Saturday’s League Two encounter to allow extra time for their journey.
On Saturday, local rugby union side Northampton Saints are also at home, with their match getting underway at 12.30pm. This means the majority of their crowd will be leaving their ground between 2pm and 3pm
when most football fans will be arriving at Sixfields Stadium.
The Cobblers are asking fans to note that traffic will be very busy around the ground in the lead up to the game, therefore are asking supporters to leave plenty of time for their journey.
