We’re delighted to announce that former Dale striker Rickie Lambert has added his support to our #BrandonsBeard appeal by donating his England shirt to the cause.
The shirt was sent to us by Rickie following England's friendly against Germany at Wembley last month and we’re pleased to say that it is going up for auction, with all money raised going towards buying
Brandon Beech his new specialist bed.
The shirt is signed by Rickie himself, plus some of his England team mates, including Tom Cleverley, Joe Hart, Andros Townsend Chris Smalling.
Bidding starts at 4pm on Thursday 5th December and the lot will stay open until 4pm on Tuesday 10th December.

Assistant Manager Chris Beech, who is Brandon's Dad, commented: “The support we’ve received for the Brandon’s Beard appeal has been staggering. Everyone at the club, and of course we as a family, have been totally overwhelmed at the kindness and generosity shown by everyone who has got involved or who has donated.
“I really can’t thank Rickie enough for sending us his England shirt. He has obviously gone onto play in the Premier League and at international level, so it’s brilliant to see that he still remembers his time at Spotland. He’s held in high regard here and rightly so, his footballing journey has been incredible.”
