Rochdale’s under 18 side made it four league wins from four with a win over Blackpool in Salford on Tuesday afternoon.
The youngsters came from a goal behind to record a 3-1 victory over the Seasiders.
Dale went behind less than 30 seconds into the match after a mistake allowed the visitors in one on one on with goalkeeper Aaron Ashley straight from the kick-off.
Andy Cannon fired in Rochdale’s equaliser on 11 minutes, and he gave Dale a half time lead with his second of the afternoon shortly before the half hour.
Danny Whitehall headed home from a corner five minutes after the interval to give Dale a deserved 3-1 victory.
