As part of the current consultation period for the “Bowlee funds”, a further meeting has been arranged by the Dale Trust for its members to have their say.
The Trust recently held a consultation meeting before the Fans Forum in which they outlined the funds that remained following the purchase of the pitch covers. The video screen idea, as well as the floodlights project were discussed at length among other suggestions.
A full review of the meeting can be found HERE.
However, many members felt that the meeting which was held was not long enough to fully discuss any proposals, so with that in mind the Trust will be hosting a further discussion meeting on Monday 2nd September.
It is intended that this will be an informal meeting to allow any Trust member to come along and discuss their thoughts and proposals with the Trust board.
The meeting will take place upstairs at the Cemetery Hotel from 8-30pm. With the Trust board’s monthly meeting taking place before then, members are asked not to arrive before 8-30pm.
Any member who has yet to pass on their thoughts can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The consultation plan is as follows:
September 2nd: Open meeting held following Trust board meeting where supporters are again invited to come and discuss suggestions
September 3rd to September 30th: Research period where all suggestions are investigated for feasibility
October 10th: Vote launched at AGM with all choices outlined to members
October 11th: All members receive postal ballot
October 31st: Close of vote and project announced
