Dale’s under 18 side made it back-to-back wins on Wednesday as they demolished Blackpool 7-1 at Squires Gate.
Doubles from Scott Tanser and Danny Whitehall, as well as goals from Callum Camps, Joel Logan and Connor Martin ensured victory for the youngsters.
The result was their second win of the week following their 3-0 victory over Burnley on Saturday.
Whitehall was also on the score-sheet in Salford, while Ola Rabiu bagged himself a brace.
The youngsters are back in action this weekend with a trip to Preston North End on Saturday. Kick-off at Springfield’s training ground is 10.30am.
