Jason Kennedy was the big winner at Dale’s End of Season Awards night on Saturday.
Jason was named as Supporters’ Player of the Season award for the second year in a row and scooped Club Player of the Year at the event in the Ratcliffe Suites.
Defender Rhys Bennett also bagged two awards; his goal against York City in December was named as Goal of the Season, while the Wilson Award for the Most Improved Player also went to the 21-year-old.
There were also awards for Jamie Allen, George Donnelly, Bobby Grant, Josh Lillis and Kevin McIntyre.
A special presentation was also made by Chairman Chris Dunphy to the family of the late Reg Jenkins. His wife Norma accepted two canvas prints of Reg – one from his playing days and another from a visit to Spotland after being voted the club’s greatest ever player.
