Dale take on local rivals Bury this Tuesday night in the second round of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, a match Jason Kennedy is looking forward to.
“I’ve played in a few (local derbies) already and it is always enjoyable to come up against Bury, especially in the cup,” said Kennedy.
“The chance of getting to a final and winning some silverware for the club is a great something to aim for. We obviously want to do well in every game that we play, you don’t go into any game wanting to get beat so we will look to do well in this competition also.”
