Enjoy the Family Fun at Spotland

Rochdale Football Club is hosting a family open day at Spotland on Sunday, August 5.

The action packed event, which is free of charge, gets underway at 12noon. There will be activities happening throughout the day, with something for the whole family.

You can watch Dale management duo John Coleman and Jimmy Bell put the first team squad through their paces on the pitch in an hour long training session, as well as a take a look behind the scenes. Supporters will have the opportunity to see the dressing rooms and the matchday control room as part of a stadium tour.

Keith Hicks and his Football in the Community staff will be there on the day to host fun-filled soccer sessions, while a range of stalls will be spread around the ground for you to visit.

Skylight Circus, face painting, a bouncy castle, The Co-operative Bus and childrens rides will keep the kids entertained.

And we want you to smile! In similar fashion to the 'Team Rochdale' photo which was taken in 2007, we will again capture the first team squad alongside supporters in one big photograph. Why not wear your new Fila kit and get involved.
