"We know where we’ve gone wrong and we know that we need to improve defensively, that goes without saying. We were obviously down for a couple of days after the defeat against Aldershot but we have to be positive, there is no use in being negative. It has come to the point where we have lost four games and are desperate for a win.
“The situation we are in now is a little similar to when we played Oxford and we put a lot of pressure on the players then and they responded. It wasn’t the prettiest of games but they responded against a good Oxford side and that’s what we’re looking for on Friday night - we need the win and we’re desperate for a win. We need a positive response from the players, as well as a fighting spirit, and we need everyone to get behind them."
