SEASON TICKET FEEDBACK

We are keen to hear from supporters who have decided against renewing their season ticket for the forthcoming campaign.

This week, the club began sending out emails to supporters in a bid to better understand why they have not renewed for the 2012/13 season.

The response so far has been very good, with supporters citing personal reasons and the disappointment of last season amongst the reasons for not renewing.

As a club we are constantly striving to bring value for money to our season ticket holders and some of the improvements which have been made in recent seasons, including the Special Promotion Period and the decision to increase the young persons criteria for the forthcoming season, have been as a direct result of consulting with our supporters either directly or through the Dale Trust.
