Dale travel to Walsall on Saturday for the second of three consecutive away matches.

A 1-1 draw at Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday saw Jim Bentley's side extend the away unbeaten run to three, taking seven points from a possible nine.

Walsall were 3-1 winners over Harrogate Town in midweek and sit 13th in the Sky Bet League Two table.
