Coach Chris Beech has again been busy putting his charges through their paces and yesterday it was time for Field Fitness Tests.The players are very much part of a professional environment and all their physical capabilities being tested whilst at the same time personal programmes for each of them are being set to improve both their strengths and weaknesses.

The areas tested were:-Height,Weight,Body Fat and Flexibility and amongt other things the lads did the following exercises:-
1 Rep Max Bench Press
1 Rep Max Squat
Long Jump
Counter Movement Jump
30 meter Sprint
10 meter Sprint
5o5 Agility Test Left + Right
Yo Yo Test
