Walsall Programme

Posted on: Thu 09 Sep 2010

Rochdale AFC's matchday programme - The Voice of Spotland - is back for Saturday's League One game against Walsall.

The programme has been increased to 76 pages this season, but with the same number of advert pages as last year, meaning there is even more to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.

We start with a front cover image of midfielder Jason Kennedy, who scored his first Dale goal and received his first Dale red card in the same incident at Brentford a fortnight ago.

As usual, there are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual high quality pictures from the Barnsley and Brighton games by photographer Daniel Youngs.

Keith Hill gives his thoughts on our three weeks on the road, while there is a round-up of the exploits of some former Dale players in The Ex-Files.

A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter Scrutator is back with his views on Dale playing on the South Coast.

Traveller's Tales reports on the trips to Barnsley and Brighton, while there are in-depth previews of forthcoming home and away fixtures.

Of course, there are many new features, including The Day I Was Born, where we look back at what was happening when Dale forward Helio Andre came into the world.

Visitors Walsall get nine pages of coverage, with My First Time reflecting on a visit to the Bescot Stadium for an international fixture.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday's The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
