With the players returning to training today, and then departing for their week in Spain early on Sunday morning, a batch of 40 kits has arrived at Spotland for the players to use in all of their pre-season matches, including those being played on the trip to Spain. This kit will be used by the players in the pre-season games only, and is not the new kit for the 2009/10 season.

The pre-season kit used by the players will be auctioned off after it has been used, with all funds raised going towards the Bowlee project. Details on the auction will be available towards the end of pre-season when the arrangements have been finalised.
