Help a fan help deserving youngsters
We have today received the following e mail from a Dale fan wishing to help publicize his fundraising. It is a very good cause so any donations would be gratefully received.
Sorry to be contacting you on the beg, but on 28th September I will be taking Part in the

The Charity in question is very good at recognising those organisations that back them and their participants in these events, and I, like you, have a vested interest in raising the positive profile of our beloved club and think being involved in events like this, in any small way always helps.
I have attached a picture of the route with this mail. Not really much else to mention regarding the actual ride, although points of interest are that I am a Dale fan, from Blackburn and regularly attend on the Sandy Lane with my daughter.
Next season I will be racing on a bike in Dale colours with a club badge decal on my helmet and frame, unfortunately these are currently on order with next seasons bike so I can't enclose any pictures as yet!
I have posted the link to my donation page on the Rochdaleafc.com messageboard where my username is Moomin23, the same as on the back of my shirt.
I am doing the ride inspired by my fiancée, who herself spent much of her childhood in hospital with cerebral palsy and would not be here today or enjoy the quality of life she does had it not been for the specialist equipment available.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure, simply click the link http://www.justgiving.com/adamjoyce and make a donation. Thanks in advance. There is a little about the charity medequip4kids below.
MedEquip4Kids
MedEquip4Kids is the charity that helps sick and injured children in and out of hospital. The Charity works in partnership with hospitals to improve the care available to children when they suffer illness or have been involved in accidents, by providing paediatric specific medical equipment and funding for projects that enhance the hospital environment for the benefit of children and their families. In many cases this reduces the time spent by children in hospital. MedEquip4Kids also supports community health projects that enable children whenever possible to be treated at home. This helps to reduce stress for children and their families that can surround a stay in hospital.
I would be grateful for any help you could offer.

Adam Joyce
