Three Scholars Offered Pro Contracts

28 April 2015

Rochdale Football Club can confirm that three second year scholars have been offered professional contracts for next season.

Nyal Bell, Billy Hasler-Cregg and James Hooper were informed on Tuesday afternoon.

The trio, who are all 18-years-old, have enjoyed a successful season, with all three breaking into the first team.

Bell made three first team substitute appearances during the 2014-15 campaign after making his debut against Coventry City in September and was named on the bench a further three times.

Hasler-Cregg and Hooper have both been named on the bench in Dale's matchday squads.

We would like to thank the second year scholars who have not been offered contracts (Connor Cowan-Thompson, Rhys Lovett, Dominic Reid, Yomi Samuels and Omar Sinclair) for their hard-work and commitment during their time at the club, as well as wishing them the very best for the future.
