Rochdale AFC's ladies team (under 15s) received a boost recently as Dale's midfield maestro Jamie Allen turned up at one of their training sessions to show his support.
He took part in training, demonstrating basic skills with the girls, including Niahm Chapman who is pictured above.
Head of Community, Keith Hicks, commented: "A big thanks to Jamie for attending the training session - it was a great experience for the girls. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this group as most of the girls have never played junior football before, indeed one of them has never played any kind of structured football."
